I was talking with producer Kim about something that comes up every single week from Callers to our show.

And it concerns you opening a non traditional IRA.

So hot thing I'll look through financial publications and there's so many people touting these non traditional IRAs where you can put non traditional assets in your IRA account.

The most common people are doing is various forms of real estate.

But in addition, they'll do non trading, non publicly trading partnerships, ill-liquid investments of various kinds.

And what you need to know is that these can blow up on you big time.

And every time I take the call from somebody, I try to tell them why I'd rather not do it.

But they're pretty much by the time they've called me, they're already psychologically in even if they have not actually put their dollars and since then.

But I assume most of the time even after somebody asked me about they go ahead and do it anyway.
