20 minutes. And a half hour from now, you've heard people calling to our show who are just

full of angst because is there a mug shots of them showing up when somebody searches their

name? I'm going to tell you what you need to know about protecting your reputation in

just a half hour. Right now I want to talk about something that is so much an issue in

so many families. Family member gets sick or you have a baby or whatever. Companies

are all over the map about what they do for you in the event that you can't be at work

because of a family event or a family emergency or let's say somebody in your family is dying or

has died. And this is an area where impoling across the political spectrum, people are very

heavily in favor of having a government requirement for people to have paid time off from work

for family emergencies. I don't think that's going to be something that will come out of Washington.

And as someone who believes so much that companies should do things that show enlightened

self-interest, I believe that the marketplace has a big role to play in this. And more

and more companies are in fact rolling out programs that are from showing decency to being

phenomenally generous. And especially with millennials, let me tell you something as

an employer. Millennials don't talk work life balance. They live work life balance. And

if you want to attract a more important keep, millennials, which is the largest population

group in the United States, you've got to know that the paycheck for them isn't enough.
