All right, welcome back to another edition of Hey Fight Your Podcast,

Cody Wersham, Jacob Hester, or as I like to call us, the mouthpiece and the neck roll.

And I want to be very clear about that because you were accused of being the mouthpiece yesterday.

That is my job. Do not encroach from my territory.

And as I told you, as we were sitting up to do the podcast, I saw a different side of some things yesterday. A little newsbreaker. A little newsbreaker. I never ever, ever want to be newsbreaker. It's tough. I mean, there's certainly things that we know that we don't share because they're not meant to be shared. Okay. And that's great. The only reason I came out yesterday and put some news out there because I wanted to protect the person involved. And I wanted to get the narrative out there that was the right narrative and not the wrong narrative. And that's why I did that. And I saw an interesting side of some things yesterday. Okay. So let's zoom back for a second because I think a lot of people listening know what you're talking about. A lot probably don't. You're talking about the John Emory situation. And so before we talk about the John Emery situation, I want to again zoom out and give you a quick overview of what the whole episode is going to look like, because it's going to be a little bit different today.

We're going to start with the news items.

We'll talk about John Emery, the running back room in general, because there's a lot of news around that. And then other tidbits from the press conference yesterday. We'll get the news stuff up front. And the second segment, we're going to talk about the game. We're going to talk about the McNeese game, what we learned.

After going back and looking at film and numbers and all that stuff that we normally do,

and then look ahead to Central Michigan. And then in the third segment, we're going to take your questions as always. Now, after that, we're going to come back. After the outro song plays and Luther Kent comes on and says, victory for LSU, I almost did an impression of it. I was thinking about doing it. I'm not going to do it.

I felt it.

I felt like it was like right here.

It almost came out.

I was thinking about this on the way in the car. And I like worked up the courage to do it. But I'm not T. Bob. Like I have a, I have a filter. And I can't, I just, I can't put myself in that position or put your ears in that position either.
