I'm clear about the decisions that I'm making.

Guys, confidence isn't loud.

It's not boisterous.

Confidence is calm.

It's grounded.

It's reassuring.

It's settling.

And you can feel it.

When a man walks into a room that maybe you don't know or never seen before

and doesn't need anything from the room or from the people in it.

That calmness, that confidence,

it comes from clarity knowing exactly what he wants. Pursuing it, it's just clarity. That's all it is.

A man who's clear gets what he wants. When it comes to confidence, most men believe that confidence

is simply something that you earn.

And to a large degree that's true, most guys think that once I have more experience in fill in the blank, or once I make more money, or once I know this will work out, then I'll be confident.

But even though it has a element of truth to it,

it's a bit backwards because confidence doesn't always come after certainty. Confidence comes from clarity. It comes from knowing what you want, knowing what you're going to go after.
