I wanted to make a reference to something that one of my teammates sent out just came out April 1st, and that's his letter.

I sent out mentoring letters, but all of our team write pieces, short pieces that get sent out, and I'll get posted on our website.

I'm so proud of my team. This one from Alan Schleeman. And Alan has really done a deep dive in things like homosexuality, engendered marriage, and all of that stuff, and other issues as well.

But this piece is just titled, what is a woman?

And I thought I'd read a couple of paragraphs from it because it's so well done. It's available on our website.

What is a woman? I address this question in the new book coming out in street smarts. I like the way Alan speaks of it.

And actually, I learned something new here, sent him a note the other day. I said, hey, this is great.

So I want to pass it on to you. And what I learned was just a way of characterizing it to make things clear.

Because this is an area where there's a lot of confusion in the culture, but not only that in the church as well.

And I think when everyone, I'm trying to think of the best way to put this, when everybody else

sees the world one way, and we see it another way, it is easy to begin thinking that we've got it wrong.

And we're upside down, not the rest of the world, but I'm just here to tell you just because the world is confused.

Doesn't need, mean we need to be confused, especially in this issue.
