Hey, hey, hey, short rounds.

My name is Doug and this is Doug Loves Minis.

Coming to you from Southern California on a gorgeous day.

It's Tuesday, November 25th, 2014, going on 30.

I know it's 13 going on 30, but who cares?

Last week we did a bit of the interruption of the Burbs at Cine Family, you know, the great Tom Hanks comedy,

and not only were comedians Daniel Van Kirk and Nick Thune in attendance, but the son of that aforementioned Tom Hanks,

Colin Hanks, joined us for From the Set Comment commentary on the Universal Classic, because he was there

the whole time they were shooting it.

That movie really held up.

There's some very funny stuff in there, and I'll play the opening moments of that show

for you in a hot second.

I've never used the expression hot second before, and I don't feel good about it.

Damn, I had fun in Tampa last weekend and damn if the recording didn't come out.

Apologies for not being able to share the Douglas movies from there.

It's kind of a mess.

There's huge chunks of time from the show that are missing,

and I'm going to try to cobble together a version that makes some sense,

and then I'll release it probably right here as a mini.
