0:02.4	For pretty much the last year, John and I have been talking about doing more live shows
0:07.1	on YouTube to answer your questions and connect with the cinephiles community.
0:11.7	At the same time, we've been looking for the best way to cover lesser films on the cinephiles.
0:17.8	You know the kind of movies that are definitely worth talking about, but not necessarily worth
0:21.8	doing the serious, deep dive you'd expect from a regular cinephiles episode.
0:27.5	At one time or another, we've called them quick takes or cinephiles mediums and a whole
0:31.4	bunch of other names that didn't quite work.
0:34.1	But regardless of the name, we knew that Godfather Part III or Godfather Coda, the death of Michael
0:40.2	Corleone, would be our first one.
0:43.1	A couple of days ago, it finally occurred to us that we could actually kill two birds with
0:48.2	one stone by bringing these episodes onto YouTube for a monthly live stream.
0:54.7	And we even came up with a name.
0:58.2	That's right, one Friday of every month at 2 p.m. Pacific time, the cinephiles will
1:04.2	go live on YouTube to discuss a single film.
1:08.2	Maybe it'll be a lesser film in a series like Godfather 3, Star Trek 3, or Rocky 3.
1:13.9	Maybe it'll be a guilty pleasure or a small film from the distant past.
1:18.5	Maybe this is where we'll do tributes to actors we've lost.
1:21.9	But guess what else?
1:23.1	That pesky 10 year rule doesn't count on cinephiles live.
1:28.4	More importantly, cinephiles live is an opportunity for you to take part in the conversation.
1:34.3	Whether that's comments in the live chat, questions via stream labs or super chats, or
