Speaking of weird, the great Jason Stark had a stat yesterday that I could not believe.

And I think the reaction most of us had when you hear this stat is there's no way that's true.

So I'm going to tell it to you, and I will say there was been a lot of fact checking going on to prove that it is true.

Yesterday, the Philadelphia Phillies won their season opener at home at Citizens Bankank Park and Johann Duran got the save.

Okay, very simple.

That is the first time ever that the Philadelphia Phillies opened at home and someone recorded a save.

What?

Crazy.

The Philadelphia Phillies who have been around since 1883, yesterday was the first time in their franchise's history that they opened the season at home and a save was recorded by them.
