worked on me for like an extra 30 minutes and so I'm the nerve issue is actually kind of fucking worse right now because everything I just I feel almost beat up a little bit but it was so good and like that happened last time and I woke up and felt great.

Yeah, you'll have probably 12 more hours of feeling like you got hit by a truck,

but drink a shit ton of water and you're going to feel great.

That's what I've been doing too. I'm going to have many pee breaks during this probably because I've been slamming water all day long.

45 to 50% of the time was on my back and the rest of it was dispersed or wrong, like the whole rest of the body, front and back.

It was a long ordeal. It was good. I'm kind of out of it a little.
