Well, my son Owen turns 10 yesterday.

And yeah, so we went to the climb zone, which have you ever been.

It's very fun.

It's rock climbing, but they're all like themed walls.

So we climbed Mount Washmore, the Empire State Building, Big Bend.

It was very exciting.

And I was excited about it because

I was like, oh, good. It'll be another workout to squeeze in because I decided that I need to lose

a couple pounds that I picked up over the last couple months. It's not too bad, but I thought,

you know what, I need to dial this in. So this will be a good workout. And, you know, I'm trying to

turn over a new leaf, eat healthy, et cetera. So for dinner, I had four slices of pizza, two pieces of chocolate

cake, and about 100 sour skittles. Which I know some of you're thinking, like, man, that dinner

sounds great. That's what I'm talking about.

My body would disagree with you, however.

On the drive home, I was like, oh, oh, why did my joints hurt?

And I felt like my body was like, really, man, we're doing this?

Like that diet is finally tuned and dialed in for a 10-year-old birthday,

not a 40-plus body, okay?

And I realized, you know, the mistake I made was not going to my son's birthday party.
