0:10.6	And we're praying this message helps you deepen your relationship with him.
0:15.2	Now let's dive in.
0:18.2	Man, we are family.
0:20.1	The church is a family.
0:21.8	And so I want to start by asking about intergenerational relationships in the local church.
0:28.6	Pastor Britt, why do you think, since Pastor Job is chewing something right now?
0:33.3	What?
0:35.5	How important is it that you intentionally create environments for intergenerational relationships in the church?
0:43.9	It's a vital importance, and I don't think there was ever, there's ever been any stage in the church, at least in any version of a healthy church, that doesn't have
0:58.0	intentionality across at least three generations, right? And so whether it's kids ministry,
1:05.4	student ministry, young adults, you know, that would be kind of one. And then a lot of churches, it's marriage ministry,
1:12.4	you know, and then senior adult ministry. But being intentional across three generations is,
1:18.1	and I don't mean that in a sense of like, have departments dedicated to that. But I mean
1:23.9	intentional in regards to unleashing the kingdom power and the kingdom wealth
1:30.8	that is across three generations.
1:33.0	By wealth, I mean, wealth of wisdom, wealth of experience, you know what I mean?
1:36.8	And so, man, I think a few years ago in our church when we were very focused, the language
1:42.6	we were using back then, we're still as equally focused, but the language we were using back then was raise up
1:46.6	one more generation in the gospel.
1:48.0	We were doing the one discipleship journey.
