that in the 2023 draft I'm going first overall. Imagine having that kind of

power that's like Connor McDavid every morning Imagine having that kind of power.

That's like Connor McDavid every morning waking up and going,

yeah, I could probably score tonight.

That is a superpower. And we know that those don't actually exist, but in the case of sport

That is the superpower and in Connor Bedard's case

That is knowing how great you are.

Is there a lot of work for him to become a star in the game?

Sure.

It's got to prove it at the NHL level,

but I think we're gonna be just fine knowing that.

But aside from the hockey thing with Connor Bedard, the hockey thing, that thing he's really good at, aside from the on ice stuff, yesterday, I loved when he was sitting down with David

Amber and Sam Cosantino and Chuck Fletcher and he talked about his grandfather. Now for those

that don't know his grandfather passed away a couple of years ago but he

wanted to make sure he gave a shout out to his grandfather and carried around a poker chip with his picture on it.

As someone who was close with his own grandfather and much like many others out there I can appreciate carrying around a piece of him with you wherever you go.

I do that myself.

But that was a really kind of touching moment for me and looking at Connor Bedard the person
