In order for the hope of Chronicles to be true, you had to have a demolishing of the temple in some way.

We are continuing our walk through the book of Chronicles today.

This is our third episode.

That's right.

In this series, so far, I think in the first episode, we kind of looked at the whole theme that ties it together.

It was, we need God's king from the line of David to center Israel

around God's priests in order that there might be peace on every side. That's right. We looked at

the paradigmatic example of that in the last episode of David, building that kingdom around

a priesthood. Yeah. And today we will look at that kingdom in full flower in Solomon.

and that kingdom comes full force in the reign of Solomon.
