1:15.9	something, do we? And this podcast is now just over four years old. And it's grown and changed.
1:27.4	I have grown and changed. It is going to grow and change
1:30.7	even more. And that definitely seems to be one of the biggest themes of these times. One thing that has
1:40.5	always helped me navigate change is ritual and seasonal living. I've talked about it for
1:47.3	ages. It was one of the things that helped me get through some really, really hard periods of
1:53.3	time. And the other thing that has really helped me has been friendships and relationships.
2:04.8	That is a very present topic it feels like in these times because so many folks I know, including myself, have had their relationships
2:13.0	change drastically over the last, you know, five to 10 years for so many reasons.
2:23.7	And I've talked about relationships and I've talked about friendships in my private classes
2:31.4	and in my private containers, but I don't think I've ever really talked
2:37.1	about them on the podcast. And, you know, in my life over the last about four or five years,
2:46.0	I have lost a lot of friends. I have lost a lot of folks I thought would be in my life forever.
