something, do we? And this podcast is now just over four years old. And it's grown and changed.

even more. And that definitely seems to be one of the biggest themes of these times. One thing that has

always helped me navigate change is ritual and seasonal living. I've talked about it for

ages. It was one of the things that helped me get through some really, really hard periods of

time. And the other thing that has really helped me has been friendships and relationships.

That is a very present topic it feels like in these times because so many folks I know, including myself, have had their relationships

change drastically over the last, you know, five to 10 years for so many reasons.
