she was 12 years old, Christy Howberger founded Latina Magazine. Since then, she's gone on to be,

I think the kind of person who, as they say over at her parent company, Warner Media, keeps people

honest. She did that at CIA, where she helped to spearhead the agency's initiative to bring in more people of color and expand the agency's inclusiveness.

She's now doing that as make sure I got this right, executive vice president, chief inclusion officer, and head of marking communications at WarnerMedia.

One of the reasons when I heard that you were doing this and got the opportunity to talk to you to bring you on is that who guards the guardians, you know, you've been somebody

who's been pretty outspoken about saying what needs to happen and what should happen and

actually implementing these things. So what was your response when you got the first contact

from WarnerMedia about saying, can you come over and help us? When I think about that introduction, and I realize, like, I've been working a really long time.

Like, I've had a number of different jobs, right?

I was a magazine publisher.

I worked as a motion picture producer.

I worked at a talent agency.

And now I'm an executive in a media, entertainment media company.

And I feel like I've had like a lot of different jobs, but I've had one mission and kind of one
