We moved through the scriptures bit by bit.

This year we've been doing the Old Testament,

but we get to the very, very end, and it's a Christmas lesson. And next week starts the New Testament,

believe it or not. We're so excited. We're a little sad to see the Old Testament go,

because we love it. He'll come again. Yes. But the New Testament, the stories. And really, we've said this before. I know, I know, I know. But so forgive, but I'm going to keep saying it. Forgiveness or not. Knowing the Old Testament just is going to like, it warms up your heart for the New Testament. It's almost like you lived it. You lived Advent. You lived the

anticipation. You lived the hope. You saw the struggle of the people. So if you already

loved the New Testament, you're about to love it double. Yeah, because think about this,

like Mary and Joseph, like these are their people, like their ancestors. These are the stories

they grew up on. And so

that's kind of what we're leaning into a little bit with this Christmas lesson because it's Old

Testament Christmas is what it is. And so you guys, let's finish the timeline right here. I want to get a

little teary right now. Um um should I like to get a really

dramatic putting on of this but number spot number 52 week number 52 is this

beautiful Christmas picture that I now have hanging in my house by Eva Timothy

of uh Christmas morning this little shepherd boy you can't see it super well

reaching over the it's so cute you're looking at baby Jesus it's on it might be my most favorite
