We'll be savoring some delightful desserts and maybe learning something new together.

Let's begin our journey with Mexico.

Today we're serving on Mexican, chocolate. It contains spices like cinnamon, chili, chopped, bittersweet chocolate

to create very rich.

But last sweet flavor.

Whereas traditional American, our chocolate is usually made with a combination of cocoa powder and chocolate. And it tends to be more sweet.

This one is last sweet, but very flavorful and beautiful.

And we'll be serving you a chocolate with must-try treat during the holidays.

It's Mexican wedding cakes.

One of my favorite cakes, that is not a cake at all, but it is a cookie.

These rich cookies rolled in conventionalers sugar

to resemble sweet little snowballs, they crumble in your mouth.

In the most delightful way, if I may see, basically it's butter, finely chopped nuts, mixed together with flour and sugar. Perfect for indulging your sweet tooth.

So as you're enjoying it, let me tell you a little bit about Mexico business here is filled with vibrant colors, festive spirit.

It's a full month of celebration from December 12th until watching your 6th.

And it's full of feasts, family feasts, and pignadas, dancing fireworks, Spanish grismal carolars.

One of the highlights is the Pasadas, where families reenact Mary Joseph's search for shelter.

So it's time for joy, music, and community.
