Happy Stephen's Day, folks, and indeed Christmas. And I just thought I do a short video today.

First few minutes I want to go through a flashback, 2020 to 2024, and just this fascinating

period we've lived through, and I really hope you enjoy it. And then I'll do a few minutes on a new

departure of mine. I've a new idea, after all the censorship and deleting of comments and the madness that's been going on.

I want to make a new kind of platform, a new way to help people widely.

At least I hope so.

And I go through a few details on that.

And then at the end I did an interview with Ireland's best comedian

David Max Savage and his partner Hannah and I think it's really fun and we have a great

conversation so I've taken some excerpts from that put them on the back end of this video

and I'll put a link so you can see this full interview on his YouTube channel. So here we go. So how do we

synopsize COVID flu in just a couple of minutes? Well let's start by going way back before it

to when I started on my journey in metabolic health and all the science of health in every aspect.

This is my first talk. I gave to hundreds of engineers and managers in my corporate

and it was when I first discovered we'd been lied to on health and nutrition for around 50 years at least, if not longer.

And this video was put out with dreadful video quality, but good sound quality, luckily, and I went through everything.

And it transformed a lot of people in the corporate offices there.

And people started losing weight, and they got more productive and better mental acuity.

And I was actually well rewarded by senior management for doing this.

So I was quite excited.

And then I decided to go out into the world and do more

YouTube's with more data and information to help people. And I chose this icon at the very start.
