Hey guys, welcome back to According to. I'm Megan. And I'm Sierra, and it is December 1st as we are recording this. So we are in the Christmas spirit. So what better idea than to do a whole Christmas themed episode? Also, so me and Sierra are going to be doing vlog miss on our YouTube channel, and our compromise was we decided instead of posting every single day, which I know you guys were breaking a tradition because I think we've done it every year since 2015. Technically, I don't think we did 2016. We didn't? I don't think so. Well, I thought we did. And so... Wait, no, we did 2016. We didn't do 2017.

That was our first year.

Okay, got it. But we've been doing it. We've done at least like three. Okay? That's what I'm saying. And so this year, we... 2015, 2016, didn't do 2017. 2018. Okay. We've done four. Wow. and me and Sierra like like, last year, and honestly, like, this tends to happen during, like, towards the end of all vlog misses anyways.

Like, you really start to get burnt out.

And when we and Sierra are in college now and grad school, like, now, it just becomes a lot.

And we have, like, a lot of studying that I have to do because luckily for us vlog miss season perfectly matches up with finals so a lot of our vlog miss ends up being studying and school related anyways which I know like some people are also still going through like school and finals so it's probably like somewhat relatable but we like honestly just don't have time to spend every single night doing vlogs and we don't have enough content to get good vlogs every day and we just didn't like having to edit those last year when we didn't like the vlogs yeah so hopefully this will be like good solid vlogs that will be decently long and still not us like stretching for like content yeah it was difficult last year trying to even just get them to be like eight minutes long, which is kind of like what we aim for. Like we'd have to do like a Q&A at the end, which that's not only like the point of vlog miss, you know? So that is our compromise and I'm feeling good about it. I'm feeling like so far so good. If you watch Ayes, she's doing vlogmas this year, so you go watch hers.

She's uploading every day. But yeah, that's what we're doing. And not to say that we won't like do vlog miss again, I think we just have to see like where this year kind of takes us and how much time we think we have and how much study we have to do. Yeah, we'll see. Or like we could start doing like daily blogs potentially after finals, but I won't make any promises, you know?

Because we'll be done with that or we'll be done with finals around December 15th, 16th or 17th.

I don't know what our schedule is, but that would be time before Christmas.

So we're going to do Christmas stuff today. We're going to do Christmas quizzes. We're going to do ranking different Christmas movies and whatever else Sierra found. And before you start with that, we're going to

talk about our weekly spotlight. And just like life in general. A lot happened. So we're going to

catch up. So weekly spotlight, do you want to go first? My weekly spotlight is that Iowa basketball

is ranked number three. And honestly, like, I'm a huge football fan. Like, I love football so much. But

basketball coming back over Thanksgiving break I was like wow I

really honestly missed basketball too and we're good this year you know it was weird watching a football

game and a basketball game on the same day that was weird Friday we played our football game against

Nebraska and that was at noon and then we had basketball at four so it was just like I loved it when worlds collide

that's what it was weird um yeah that's fun my weekly spotlight is that I just feel way like more prepared

to start studying again I know like I felt really burnt out with school stuff and studying kind of at the end

of like before Thanksgiving break and then kind of
