and grateful for this time of year to be able to focus

on the Savior Jesus Christ.

In some ways, we have been focusing on him all year long and for several years now and those of you who have been enduring me for

For four years almost we're nearing the end of this of this round of scripture study.

I just want to express to you my gratitude.

Life has been so busy lately,

as I've been trying to get to the end of a semester

with my students at BYU, trying to keep up with everything else and prepare for

Christmas and so on and I had I've been tempted just to hope that people would be

able to find old videos of Christmas to be able to get into the spirit of the season or go back to the early

on and this year when we studied Matthew Chapter 2 and the wise men and Luke Chapter 2 and the

Shepherds we got to celebrate Christmas back in January. And so I had been sorely tempted just to try to keep my snorkel tip above water by referring you to old videos. And yet I just wanted to take a moment today and thank you and to wish

you a Merry Christmas more personally and teachers gonna teach I got to take advantage of

the opportunity and just share some things about

Christmas that I hope will be a blessing to you.

This season needs no help from anyone like me to add to its spirit and yet if I can speak of Christmas by way of Christmas gift to Jesus and to you,
