Well, hello there, my friends. It's good to be back with you for the morning mindset.

Merry Christmas. We are looking at the Christmas story. And actually today in Luke chapter 2, we're going to see the birth of Jesus.

Now, I understand we're still quite a ways before Christmas, but the reason we're there right now in the scripture is because there are a lot of other events that happen surrounding the birth of Jesus that chronologically happened after his birth, even though it's not been conveyed that way to us in most cases. So we're going to get into that throughout the days that come ahead. But today,

we're looking at Luke chapter 2, verses 6 through 7 as we get our minds aligned with the truth

of God's word for this day. Before we move on, though, I want to remind you coming up January 1st,

And when you told us the realities of Jesus, God's own son,

coming to earth, and give us understanding today that we'll move us forward in our faith.
