This time of the year is so busy. Like, how are we getting it all done? But I want you to think back to when you were a kid and all the things the adults did back then and they did it with a drink in one hand and a pack of siggy's in the other and they never seemed exhausted. We always have an odd one in the crowd. So it's kind of odd. I decidedly odd. Isn't that strike you as a little bit odd? No, that doesn't strike me as a little bit odd. It's the Bob and Sherry Oddcast with stuff we wouldn't, couldn't, or shouldn't do on the regular show. Now, here's the odd cast. One of the things I like about this time of the year is people spend some time in their memories. And that can be, that can be dark and that can be sad, but it can also be joyful, you know, remembering holidays past when you were a kid or when your children were small or, you know, when your grandparents were

still alive or, you know, before your ex-husband went to prison, whatever it is. Every family's

different, you know, with the memories, right? But I found myself thinking about the adults in my life.

I'm exhausted all the time.

And part of it, I think, is because of the hours I keep for my job and because I never learned the word, it starts with an end.

filling and you make the little cookies and you sandwich them. And I was looking at that going,

the adults in our family would go to midnight mass on Christmas Eve, then come back to one of

the grandparents' houses and have a party.
