Zach, it's great to see you guys again. Exactly. It must mean a lot to you to be back here. Oh my goodness, it makes my heart so warm. I mean, we missed two years and coming back. The seaport is so wonderful to us.

Okay, so how's the charity done?

So Zach and Chip, his little brother, has taken over.

Big shoes to fill, but it looks like they're doing a great job.

They're fundraising.

They're organizing all the activities.

And Christmas in the City is going on called Christmas in the

city delivered this year. Yep. Christmas in the city delivered. Delivered because when we made

the decision in June, we weren't sure where it was going. So we decided with COVID. Yeah.

Right. Well, keep going. Yeah. So normally, as you know, we have a big party for those experiencing homelessness, but for the past COVID. Yeah. Right. So, you're going? Yeah, so normally, as you know, we have a big party for those experiencing homelessness,

but for the past couple years, we've been delivering food and gifts and not having a set party.

So this year, we will be doing that again.
