Oh All right. Hi, everybody. Welcome into the program. It's Felger and Maserati coming to you on Thursday, December 5th. And we come here from the Seaport Hotel in advance of the annual Christmas in the city auction, as we've done here for, I don't know, a handful of years we've been coming down here for sure. We've been with Christmas in the city for, do you know how long it's been, ma'as? Oh, gosh. Is it 10 years? Is it 7? I think it's more. It's more than 10? I think we, it's, I bet you it's more. You think it's more than 10? I bet you it's more.

Yeah, my guess is we started this.

Really, you started it, I don't know, three or four years in. Yeah. Be my guess. So I've lost count. So that puts us at like 13. Okay. You know, it's got to be, I think it's a little more. Whatever it is, we've been with Christmas in the city for years and proud to be so,

I should look that up when our first year was. But Christmas in the city has been up and going since 1989. And this, again, is their annual fundraiser that they've had at the Seaport Hotel now

for the last half dozen years or so.

It will be a live auction, including the prize, the big signature prize, such as it is, is a stint with us.

You get a live on-air segment with Felger and Mazz. We've done this over the years as well. It took a pause during COVID and whatnot because we can't have strange germs coming into the studio. Lord knows. Exactly. It's left so clean. Yeah, it's so germ-free with Zoe and everything. It is. It's such a special treat to pay to spend time with us. But then... Take your way on and then get badgered for 15 minutes. You said four people come in and then it's on to one. So now we're giving away one segment where you're not giving away. You bid on it. And you can come in and like I said yesterday, you can make it a sort of corporate tie-in. You want to wear the colors and the graphics are low-going of your company and sort of promote your company.

You absolutely can do that.
