Good morning my friends and welcome back to the morning mindset. I hope you are ready to get your mind aligned with the truth of God.

I say that slow and deliberate today because I find myself needing it to just take a moment

to pause and clear my head of all the pressures and stresses of life, the things that are

pushing in on me, and let my mind rest so that I can focus

on the Word of God today along with you.

You see, when I do these morning mindsets, this is often my devotional time on the days that I record

them because these are helping me dig into the word of God right alongside you and today

I want to do that by focusing in on another Christmas gift that has been given to us through Jesus Christ.

And we're going to do so looking at the book of Ephesians beginning in chapter 3 or chapter 1 verse

number 3. Pulse writes this, blessed be the God and father of our Lord Jesus

Christ who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly

places, even as he chose us in him before the foundation of the world,

that we should be holy and blameless before him.

And we're just gonna pause right there.

That passage alone has so much meaty truth for us to dig our teeth into. So let's think about

this. He's saying blessings be to God I praise God for doing something.

What is it he's done?

He's blessed us in Christ, so through Jesus,

because Jesus came, with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places. So imagine this for a moment.

God in his storehouse of treasure, his storehouse of things, whether that's powers or actual treasures or

blessings, has this wealth of resources. And Paul is telling us that because of our faith in Jesus Christ, we are blessed

with every spiritual blessing that exists in those heavenly treasure vaults.
