Summary

0:28.9	version of Panash you can find this is your girl I don't know how silly we get on the podcast I will say
0:33.5	that we spend most of our time talking about the fairly serious subject matter of
0:38.0	mental illness and kind of her experiences with it but she's a total joy and I think that you know as I've learned from
0:45.3	episodes in the past where people have talked about some of the difficult stuff
0:48.2	that they struggle with it seems like a lot of you guys get something out of it so
0:51.8	I'm hoping that the same holds true here.

0:58.7	I don't want to scare anybody by shocking you with that development. But, and then you probably also realize that this episode is being recorded in advance of its release by a couple of weeks because of my New Zealand trip.
