so I'm glad to hear your voice.

Hey, my friends, what time is it? It is team time.

Christina Applegate has revealed that she has MS. So she shared the devastating news on social media.

She said the following quote, a few months ago, I was diagnosed with MS. She wrote that on Twitter.

And it is really a disease of the central nervous system

that interrupts the flow of information within the brain as well as between the brain and the body.

I actually had to look that up. I think we hear MS, multiple sclerosis, so many times

that sometimes we don't actually sit to think about what it means.

So there you go.

She went on to say, quote, it's been a strange journey.

But I have been so supported by people that I know who also have this condition.

That's really important.
