On today’s edition of Family Talk, Dr. James Dobson concludes his straight-forward discussion with Dr. Owen Strachan, author of Christianity and Wokeness: How the Social Justice Movement Is Hijacking the Gospel and the Way to Stop It. They remind us that “wokeness” is a potent blend of racism, moral relativism, and grievance. It undermines the unifying work of the Holy Spirit and therefore, is anti-gospel. As a Christian, be encouraged as Dr. Strachan offers a strategy by stating that the only way forward is speaking the truth in love with clarity and conviction. (Ephesians 4:15) We also need to pray for the Lord’s intervention to overcome the darkness that surrounds us.
