And I want to share something that nothing, you may feel like it's too small or it's too vain or it's unspiritual to bring that to God. Maybe you were taught that or maybe you think that. And today, friend, I want to share with you that God cares about every single thing you're going through and he's right there to direct your path he's right there to lead you

through it and he has a word for you that is going to strengthen you and that is what we need to do we need to get

so strong on the inside and it helps us get strong on the outside we're strong confident in his right

so let me tell you the truth about this it is so hard in christian fitness because so many of us compartmentalize, right? We do fitness in the world and we love Jesus and we go to church and everything, but we compartmentalize our fitness. Friend, don't do that anymore. Put God front and center in your fitness. Pray about this. And the thing that I'm going to share with you today, it's so funny because when I wrote for all the fitness magazines and I was on the cover of them and everything, people would always say, what is your secret to success? And I would pray and pray and pray. And I would be like, God, what do you want me to tell people? And through the power of the indwelling Holy Spirit, I know that God gave me what I am going to give to you today. So please get out a pen, get out a journal, open a note on your phone. This is free coaching that's life changing and it is going to change you. It is going to be a step in that faith-inspired transformation. It is what your heart needs today, friend. It is what your health needs today. Okay, so I want you to think about this. Doesn't fitness say like, okay, there's four weeks to this, six weeks to that, blah, blah, blah.
