Today, there is a relatively young organization out there called Color Us United.

Now, some people really believe race matters that it is an inherent

part of who each individual is. This organization believes that it belittles a total human being

when you quantify them or characterize them simply by their race or by their

gender or by their ethnic background.

When you slice and dice and you put people into categories based on one immutable characteristic,
