0:43.2	Before we get to today's show, we want to give you all an update on the Heritage Foundation's
0:48.1	National Coronavirus Recovery Commission.
0:50.9	Last week, the Commission released 179 recommendations for reopening America.
0:57.0	Rob, can you give us just a little bit of an update about these new recommendations?
1:01.0	Thanks, Virginia. I wish we had time to go through all 179.
1:05.8	But to give some of the highlights, first of all, these recommendations are meant for state governments,
1:10.7	local governments, the federal government, and the private sector.
1:14.1	And we begin with state and local governments because we believe that that's where the best decisions
1:18.3	are going to be made when it comes to reopening our country.
1:21.5	I think one of the biggest recommendations is reopening our country. I think one of the biggest recommendations
1:23.6	is reopening our medical offices,
1:25.6	both doctors offices and dental offices,
1:28.0	because Americans' health,
1:29.3	the preventative steps that they can take
1:31.0	to make sure that they are healthy are really important.
1:34.4	And so that's one of the things that we're recommending on the state and local level.
1:38.2	We're also recommending that the federal government take a look at all of those regulations that they can clear off the books to help our economy bounce back quickly so that business owners aren't struggling with red tape and all those other onerous regulations that they sometimes encounter.
