I'm Mike Dempsey along with football guys own Bob Harris and Bob week five in the books but we know this week six when it gets underway on Thursday will not include Christian McCaffrey ruled out for Thursday night football this week already are we ruled out for Thursday Night Football this week already.

Are we holding out realistic hope for week seven?

Yeah, I don't know how realistic.

I talked a little bit about this on Monday and now

Mikhail Shanahan has confirmed that it won't be there.

But Adam Shefter had a report over the weekend and he kind of left it wide open.

He said there's a chance that he could return for week seven or he could return week eight against the cowboys but what seems more likely is they let him sit through the week nine by and bring it back week ten against the Buccaneers.

But there have been no setbacks. I think that was the bigger point here.

He's had no setback.

He's been on the field for the first time since the going on IR.

And all that seems positive.

So it's heading in a positive direction.

I think week seven might be a bit of a stretch, but it is wide open.

And so if that seven to week seven to week ten window seems realistic.

All right, a couple of other niner items.

Jake Moody is going to miss several weeks with a high ankle

spraying so they'll be looking for a kicker there and you will need to if you have

him on your fantasy roster and Ricky Pierce all Bob will not have his practice window

opened up this week continuing to rehab after the gunshot wound

right before the start of the season. There's no reason to have them on the radar this season and redraft leagues, right?
