Russum. Jen, thanks for coming on Kindle today. Happy to be here. So before we start our conversation on the topic,

why don't you introduce yourself to listeners and tell them who you are and what you do?

I'd love to. I am Jennifer Ressam. I am an English professor by trade. I work at Arizona Christian

University in the Phoenix area,

and I am newly our Associate Provost of Enrollment Management, which means I oversee all of our

enrollment processes at the university, from marketing to admissions to putting students in classes

once they arrive to the college. That's awesome.

So then what made you kind of focus in on Christian colleges and what you're doing now

with like the Christian College Guide?

And can you talk about that first, I guess?

Like what is that?
