One of the biggest challenges is the threat of our children losing their faith.

The high school and college years are especially problematic.

We just begin quickly and ask God's blessing on our time here tonight and continue to thank him for the great gift of life and all the blessings that he's so generously poured out on us.

Pray that he would continue to help us to come to know his son, that he would, by the power of

his spirit, help us to develop an ever more sincere friendship with the Lord, and that that

friendship would change and pervade our whole lives so that we might find the happiness that

he's made us for. In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

Father, we're grateful for tonight.
