Ave Maria Radio presents Christ is the answer with Father John Ricardo.

Knowing Jesus is the best gift that any person can receive.

That we've encountered him as the best thing that's happened in our lives,

and making him known by our word and deeds is our greatest joy.

For a number of years, Father Ricardo has held almost annual grieving services for those who have lost loved ones,

husbands, wives, children, parents, or friends.

This program is a compilation from several services.

This is not a program about grief.

It's a program about faith. Deep, abiding, expect in faith,

passed on to us by a man who lives that faith and shares it with them.

Everything that we do in a funeral in the church is extremely intentional. It's very tangible and very visible.

It meant to be a reminder of the reasons that you and I have for hope,

which we need right now.

In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,

the grace and peace of God, our Father,

who raised Jesus from the dead, be always with you.

And with your spirit.

In the waters of baptism, Titus died with Christ and rose with him to new life.

May he now share with him eternal glory.
