Lord very specifically I pray that you would use this message to awaken our hearts for good deeds

including engagement for the unborn Including a possible crisis pregnancy center in Phillips neighborhood or thereabouts

Driven by our church and other churches

Fresh new ventures in adoption at home and abroad, all manner of mercies and compassion,

and not just on this particularly painful issue,

but many others, guard us, oh my God,

from being an ingrown church or ingrown families.

May our children grow up to be engaged with the wider, big, global, eternal, spiritual, and social issues of

their time and not escapists.

Oh God, be pleased I pray to make a name for Jesus, your son,

through the young people of this church.

Lots of them are away on retreat right now.

God touch Gary.

Feeling, pour out your spirit on him as he preaches to those teenagers.

Grant that they would come home a flame for righteousness.

And now meet us here in this word, I pray, and accomplish more things that I could ever dream

to ask,

healing bodies and minds and souls and families

and empowering and mobilizing and emboldening

for great ventures in righteousness.
