current civil rights movement because we here believe that black lives matter and

didn't want to take up any unnecessary space. This week we have a special guest

Chrissy Rutherford who's the former senior digital editor and special projects director and now contributor at Harper's Bazaar.

She grew up in Westchester, New York before attending Fairfield University and later moving to the city.

And after eight years working in the fashion industry, Chrissy decided she needed more time,

more freedom, and more space in her life to make room for her next step.

After recently having an IG TV video regarding racism go viral,

she is now consulting major fashion brands

on their values and company diversity.
