So not trauma in and of itself and not a traumatic event that sometimes maybe can cause OCD, but the trauma that can come from experiencing

intrusive thoughts and just the pain that can come from having OCD. So I thought it was important to talk about because at the recent

game changes event in early March, one of the talks was around trauma and it was a highly popular talk and this was the trauma of

having a CD so I wanted to just get her take on it here it from her life stories

point of view from the work with her clients and much much more.

So we're going to loads of detail on this.
