Summary

There is so much wisdom to be found all around us and, yet, so many of us are so consumed with the minutiae of life that we never take any amount of time to pause, reflect, and consider the ageless wisdom that could drastically alter the course of our lives.

But it's the ability to stop, ponder, and critically think about the situations we find ourselves in that will get you on the path you have a desire to walk. And, today, I am joined by the host of the Modern Wisdom Podcast, Chris Williamson, to discuss things like the power of curiosity, how to graduate from your current friends, how mental masturbation is holding you back, why you need to find ways to break up the monotony of your life, and so much more.
