Convention Center, Matthew Collar, and the official draft analyst of Purple Insider, Chris Trapaso, back with me again, day two of us here at the NFL Combine. And you know what? One of the things that we did last year, Chris, was we would go out, talk to people and we would say, what's the buzz? What are they saying in the league?

0:37.8

And I would lean in.

0:38.6

I'd go in the league, right?

0:40.6

Which became a really great bit.

0:42.7

I got to tell you, the buzz is lacking.

0:44.9

I feel like it's just lacking.

0:46.9

Last year, there was a lot of very interesting free agent stuff.

0:50.1

There was a lot of quarterback carousel types of things.

0:53.0

There were interesting quarterback conversations with Shadur Sanders and different things in the league.

0:59.0

And it feels like this year that I have just not heard, and even going to some of the podiums and talking to people out here, the highly debated prospect, the, wow, this team is so interesting. Like, that's how it feels to me here at the Combine so far. Yeah, totally. I got the same general gist talking to a lot of people at the J.W. Marriott last night that everyone kind of agreed that there was no buzz.

1:48.3

There was no buzz to talk about because the quarterback class has Fernando Mendoza and really not much else to get that excited about.

1:55.0

Or even to fall into that Shador Sanders debatable, super polarizing prospect type of player.

2:01.3

And then the free agent class, really the only thing that people were talking about last night

2:05.3

in relative to that market was Malik Willis.

2:09.1

And actually, most of the people that I talk to, and I'm kind of in this camp too, believe

2:15.1

that he should get over $30 million.

2:17.1

Not that, and I know to some people that money seems crazy,

2:20.1

but it would be the 20th highest APY at the quarterback spot,
