All right, Chris Trapasso, I was only in Arizona for like 30 hours, but I still somehow did manage to get a little

bit of a sunburn on my face because I'm from Minnesota.

But I'm back with one news item that may impact the way you and I discuss the Minnesota

Vikings option in the NFL draft, which is the Vikings general manager interim GM,

Rob Brzezinski told us that the team does plan to pick up the fifth year option for

Jordan Addison, which I think may officially bring an end to us making arguments for taking

a first round wide receiver. That does not mean any wide receiver, Chris,

but it probably means that the dream of a first round draft pick at wide receiver is over

because he's under team control now through 2007.

So drafting a first rounder timeline-wise doesn't exactly match up this year, but we'll be doing the Christrapassau draft show next year, I promise.

But if we take wide receiver now out of the equation, here's what I'm interested from you.

I want you to tell me positions now that we're taking wide receiver out of the equation.

Like, we were never ranking it as the number one spot.

But what would be like your top three positions for the Vikings if we now slide wide receiver maybe into late day two?

I think edge rusher is kind of a sneaky need.

I don't know if that would be number one.
