The Las Vegas Raiders reportedly plagued by what the New York Times calls Financial Disorder,

a lengthy article that landed over the weekend.

And frankly, frankly, I'll do respect to our friends at the New York Times.

I kept looking for something that wasn't there.

I was waiting for bombshell.

I've come to expect when the New York Times shows up and starts digging into the nooks

and crannies of a controversy, there's going to be something there that makes me say,

holy crap.

And there just wasn't.

There just wasn't.

No, when I saw that headline, I'm thinking, oh, we're going to find out what Dan Van Trell

or Van Trelley, depending upon which of the hosts on this program is speaking, was complaining

about what got him fired, what complaints, what allegations of misconduct he passed

along.

I really thought they were going to hit the mother load.

They advance the ball, but not really all that much.

The idea that the organization financially is run like it's in the stone ages that they

overpay taxes that they, if anybody has any problem with anything, they just buy

them out and move on.

They don't want any issues.

They don't want any problems.

Just kind of mismanaging the money as a general proposition.
