1:13.6	My name is Horacio Harts.
1:16.6	I am especially happy to be here today, not only because I was in prison for eight and a half years,
1:22.6	but also because I am here representing the last mile. My life dramatically changed when I made a commitment to my family and myself
1:33.3	to maximize my time in prison so that I can become a productive member of society after my release.
