How you all doing? It's lovely to have you all here. I've just, I've literally just got back

from recording this one and my traps at the moment are like a roided wrestler. They look like

for the wrestling fans. I know there's a few listening. I'm like Brock Lesnar for the MMA fans.

I'm like Yo-Yo Romero and for I think that's all the fans I can cover with big traps. But I've

probably not mentioned it in a while. I used to mention it all the time in the early days, but

when I go and record these podcasts, I carry a ridiculous amount of kit in like a bright yellow

pelly carry case, which hasn't got wheels or anything. It's too heavy, duty to have wheels.

So if I have to do a lot of walking like I did today, ye gods, my shoulders get swollen and

ridiculous. So that's what you're dealing with right now, but you're glad I've told you that.

Today's guest is the wonderful and hilarious Chris Ramsey. We've been lining this one up for

ages. I've probably teased it a few times and not got around to it, but it's a cracker.
