And we are going to continue our series of the Archaeology of Passion Week.

We did already a series, the first of this series that should be on the website already.

And if you haven't heard that, you should go back and maybe listen to the first

couple days of Passion Week. And we're going to continue with the second half of Passion Week

as we make our way through Second Temple Jerusalem, and its many archaeological sites that

bear a lot of weight on what's happening in the Gospels during this all-important week in Jesus's life.

Great, Chris. Yeah, it's exciting to be back and to kind of finish up our little journey here through the Passion Week.

And the first thing we wanted to do is to kind of re-contextualize us again before we jump right back in to the second half of the week.

And one of the better things I think that we can look at, archaeologically speaking, are some of the pools that we've discovered in Jerusalem, in particular the Pool of Salome and the Bethesda pool.

And these have only really come to light in, well, I should say, they've been known for a long time and partially exposed a long time ago,

but recent excavations going back to 2005 really changed our understanding of the Salon pool in particular,
