Million Dollar Listing Miami. Chris is an extremely successful businessman in his own right,

estate broker at Douglas Ellman, and he holds the national records for property, brokerage,

dollar amounts in certain geographic regions. In 2014, Chris Leavitt made four of the top

ten condo sales, pulling in over $120 million in sales last year. Thus, Chris outsold every broker

Hey, Chris, I really appreciate your time today. I've been looking forward to this interview.

I love your success in Miami. I love

actually and I, it's one of those guilty pleasure things. We watch all those Bravo shows,

you know, like the one you're on. And I have to tell you, the thing that Julie and I picked

up on pretty much instantaneously as we watched you in the first season was how much experience

you have. So your brief introduction really doesn't touch on the fact.

You've obviously sold new construction.

You've obviously been in this business.

You obviously have a great skill set.

How long have you actually been selling real estate as a resale agent and as new construction agent?
