The bank would tell you how much value you had in the bank, and if you were diligent you would double check that, you would balance your checkbook, but ultimately they're telling you where your value is and who has it and what portion of it you can access.

This is a whole different model. This is, no, no, no. I own the value. I confirm my value.

The World Wide Web and an algorithm is working with me to confirm that value, but I'm not reliant on bank A, pension fund B to tell me where my value is or tell me when I can have access to it, Monday through Friday, Friday 9-4-30. No, no, no, no, no.

This is a 24-7 global validation of who owns what, who is transferring what to who.

This is the fight of our lives, of humanity. If we can keep this metaverse open, then we can control it. If it's closed in the hands of a meta or some other group, then our whole reality will be closed off, and we might not get back from that.

I truly believe this is the new battle for Liberty.

The fight for Web.3 is the fight against those big powerful monopolies aligned with powerful political elites to control the choices we make.

Liberty is core to human aspirational growth. I mean, the reason why people from around the world still try to emigrate to the United States or immigrate to Britain is to get that taste of liberty, to be free of powerful elites, telling them who they can be and what they can be, and that's worth fighting for every generation.

And this is where the battle is being made today.
