So we had a very entertaining show plan for you for Bespoke Weekly this week.

I even had an exciting opening where I was going to go that this was the podcast all about the joy of riding bikes and then talk about rowing.

We were going to do it from the local bike shop and talk about the place of the local bike shop in today's internet age.

And then this morning, while eating my non-brand breakfast cereal, I caught this on Five Live.

Got some news just in regarding cycling's governing body, the UCI.

They've asked Team Sky to explain why Tour de France champion Chris Frum returned a urine

test that breached the WADA threshold at this year's Vuelta, Espania, which he won. Fruhm's

sample revealed a concentration of salbutamol, which exceeded the WADA threshold. Salbutamol is used to treat asthma. I'll have more on this later in the programme. So throw out the rundown and cancel going to the bike shop. We're going to do that next week because instead, the BBC's chief sports writer Tom Fordice and Rob Hales, you've come to my house this time. We're on your turf, aren't we? My place last week,

Massive disappointment. Just kind of, I couldn't quite believe it.

And the backlash of, I mean, fortunately, I didn't search Twitter, didn't have to look

too far, to be fair.

But disappointment in as much as the reaction from what it is without actually kind of apportioning no blame at all on Chris

Froome or Team Sky but what it is and the way that it's been reported as a positive dope
