And obviously, even if you weren't on gear, you know, finasteride is one of the go-to options

as well.

But for bodybuilding, it slashes down a significant amount of that

extra dhc that you would otherwise get from your test base or whatever it is that you're

using potentially which we're going to be getting into in this video so they talk about

fanasteride here and um i'll get my insight as i as they talk can Can you ask Ian?

Does he notice any sides from using finasteride?

Do you notice any... I get this question so much because I openly talk about the finestriide use a lot.

I personally have never had any no.

I mean, I've used it since 20, since March, March or April of 2013, so like seven, eight years now almost.

And I can't even tell what I'm taking it.

Like I don't notice it at all.
