Great time for him to come in because I've been bummed out about this Anthony Davis situation and just where the NBA is going with with players just jumping teams left and right and nobody seems to be happy and we have this unbelievable product on the court.

And yet all the other stuff is just taking a life of its own to a point like where is his going so who better to ask that Chris Bosch who is right there the front door the player empowerment decade and and kind of solve a boss of the to what has become he has some great thoughts on this we're going to get to them right now first our friends from project.

I don't know man that's that's an interesting question I don't know if anybody's happy I think it's got until point where you know in realizing the power of the athlete and that athlete kind of becoming aware of that is still young guys making decisions and sometimes even if so the Anthony Davis thing even if he doesn't want to be there it's a way you go about it to just backfire and you can do that but

now it's going to be this new world where you know we're talking about other things like these decisions back firing a little bit.

Well what what point is it undermine the concept of team that's a part I'm worried about I'm fine with player empowerment yeah I love that everybody's making money this is the on court product is as good as it's been in the last 25 years yeah and yet it just feels like it's turning into a pickup where it's like everybody's on the court and say I'm

going to run with him now and you run with him and yeah that's no continuity at all when I was in high school growing up in the AAU thing this is pretty much the AAU generation yeah you know and I was heavy into it of course growing up but that's how some guys played

some guys and you know I remember distinctly many do's would play for a team in California and live in Michigan play for a team in Texas but live in Florida yeah you know so it's always kind of been there you know in the underlying tones of basketball development so I think that's kind of where it comes from because usually guys just yeah they just

make an all-star team in this year it's in DC and we're going to you know this DC team is going to be the best in the world and then after that you know they're not even playing together.

It feels to me what we're losing here is basketball ultimately is designed not to keep everybody happy it's hard to be in a team there's a winner or loser especially you're in a 30 team league 29 teams

and you know you're going to be sad at the end of the season for sure and you know it was interesting right before LeBron left Miami in 2014 which you were intimately involved
